Engagement Model and Deliverables

Vision Forward is a 3 phase process.

  • Planning. We will work with you to develop a set of in-person and online Innovation Games® that help you address the challenges you’re facing with your vision.
  • Creating. Using your existing vision or by gathering possible future goals to explore, we will guide your team through a process that helps you get clarity on the goal(s) and then work through scenarios to validate or refute possible options. We’re finished when you’ve developed a solid vision that can be shared within and throughout your organization.
  • Communicating. The final phase is communicating your vision to your organization so that they can begin to deliver against this vision.
