Don’t worry if you don’t have a lot of complex metrics, because Naked Selling isn’t based on lots of complexity. However, some metrics are needed in order to determine where you are and where you could be. We’ll also play Innovation GamesĀ® with your team to gain a better understanding of how they perceive your sales process and their ideas on it can be improved. By integrating games into our assessment, you’ll get a more comprehensive point of view of what’s happening in your sales process, and your team will be introduced to the same techniques that they’ll be using with your customers in the Naked Selling process.
  • Goal Development. Based on the benchmarks we’ve identified, we’ll work with you to establish realistic and achievable process improvement and sales results goals.
  • Training. We will train your sales team in the Naked Selling process, tailoring our training to reinforce the sales goals you’ve established. Our training is done when your team has created the plans that demonstrate how they will reach the goals you’ve established.
