Engagement Model and Deliverables:

Collaboratize is a 5 step process we’ve developed to help product companies generate ideas, research and flesh out those ideas and then prioritize them while collaborating with stakeholders and customers throughout the process.

  • Planning and design. You will work with someone from the Innovation Games® team to jointly identify your goals and perform an assessment of your current situation. We will then  create an execution plan that will include a mix of online and in-person games designed around your specific needs.
  • Ideation. We’ll play Innovation Games® with your customers and key stakeholders to generate the raw ideas that will be used throughout the process. Our emphasis in this phase are open-ended, divergent games.
  • Evaluate and Elaborate. We’ll evaluate and elaborate the results of the ideation phase into a set of ideas and/or projects that can be prioritized.
  • Prioritization. We’ll play more Innovation Games®, this time focusing on the convergent games that help further shape and prioritize the best ideas.
  • Deliver and close. We create and deliver a summary of the results and recommendations.

This results in a manageable set of new product ideas or enhancements that have been validated by your market and are ready for further consideration and decision making or can be put directly into the next stage of your product planning and delivery process.
