Do your customers love you?

Do the love you enough to send you cookies when you release new bits?

Ours do.

Let’s face it. Creating software is hard work. And, when it is really new, it often isn’t “right” the first time. Instead, it gets better, and better, and better — if you work hard, and IF you strive to meet the needs of your customers.

And, when you do meet the needs of your customers, magical things happen.

They become more than customers. They become fans, cheering you on — and pushing you hard to improve.

Ryan Peel, one of our “fans”, recently sent us a box of cookies when we “shipped the bits” of a recent release. The cookies were awesome. But, mostly, I was humbled, and honored, by the relationship that we’ve been able to establish with our early adopters. And yes, we’re still hard at work on creating an awesome new gaming platform — fueled by cookies!

Thanks, Ryan.

We played the game Buy a Feature with customers at our Customer Advisory Board meeting.
Everybody had a good experience and realized how important their request is for Trend. We used this
feedback to make good choices regarding feature priorities. The entire process was excellent!
